The parade starts at 2:00 pm on Sunday, March 16, 2025. Viewers on the parade route should plan on being in place by 1:00 p.m. The parade starts at Center and Park Avenu BAY CITY, MI – Runners run in all conditions. But not usually in the span of one race.
